Armee Infotech Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Armee Infotech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 15, 2026, has approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were accompanied by the Statutory Auditor's Limited Review Report. Additionally, the Board is still considering a proposal to raise up to ₹450 crore through Secured, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis. Further evaluation and due diligence are required before the proposal can be brought back for Board approval. The trading window remains closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
