The Share Transfer Register and Members Register will be closed from September 5 to September 11, 2026. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, the re-appointment of Mrs. Sujata Arora as a director, and special business concerning the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Arora as Managing Director and Mr. Sahil Arora as Whole-Time Director for further terms.
