Majestic Research gets 3-month AGM extension from ROC

Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd has received approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Karnataka, for a three-month extension to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The company had initially sought the extension due to reasons stated in its application. The ROC's approval, dated November 4, 2026, allows the company to hold its AGM on or before December 31, 2026. The company had inadvertently filed the initial intimation under Regulation 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and is re-submitting under Regulation 30 for correct classification. A formal notice with the AGM details will be communicated to the exchange in due course.
