Majestic Research seeks AGM extension due to IBC resolution plan

Majestic Research Services and Solutions Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 27, 2026, approved a proposal to apply to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for an extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The extension, requested for three months up to December 31, 2026, is due to special reasons including the implementation of a Resolution Plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, approved by the NCLT. Other reasons cited include reconstitution of accounts, pending capital reduction/restructuring, updation of shareholder records, and finalization/audit of financial statements.
