Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd has disclosed the allotment of 392,350 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at Rs. 10 each to Parth Shaileshbhai Patel and associates. This allotment, totaling 95.00% of the company's total share capital post-acquisition, was made pursuant to an Approved Resolution Plan and an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, dated June 20, 2025. The acquisition was completed on October 1, 2026. Following this, Parth Shaileshbhai Patel holds 38.00%, Rashmikaben S Patel holds 28.50%, and Alpesh Amrutlal Patel, Nitin Dahyabhai Patel, and Jalak Shaileshbhai Patel each hold 9.50% of the company's equity.
