Beryl Securities Allots 11.78 Lakh Equity Shares for ₹2.7 Cr

Beryl Securities Ltd announced the allotment of 11,78,005 equity shares at ₹23 per share (including a premium of ₹13) on a preferential basis. The total amount raised is ₹2.71 crore from both promoters and public shareholders.
