Beryl Securities Allots 11.78 Lakh Shares for ₹2.7 Cr

Beryl Securities Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 27, 2026. The board approved the preferential allotment of 11,78,005 equity shares at ₹23 per share, aggregating to ₹2.71 Crore (₹2,70,94,115). This allotment was made to Promoters and Non-Promoters/Public shareholders on a cash basis, in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations. Following this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up capital increased to ₹6.03 Crore (₹60,277,050), comprising 60,27,705 equity shares of ₹10 each. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
