Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Ltd Appoints Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY 2025-27

Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Ltd has appointed M/s. ING & Co. LLP as the Secretarial Auditor and M/s. DGMS & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the approval of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 23, 2025. The Secretarial Auditor is required to comply with the provisions of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013, while the Internal Auditor is appointed to comply with the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
