ARSS Board Meeting for Q4/FY26 Results Rescheduled to May 30, 2026

ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd. has announced the postponement and rescheduling of its Board of Directors meeting. The meeting, originally scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will now be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The company also reiterated that the trading window for dealing in its securities remains closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced to the stock exchanges.
