Artemis Electricals Appoints Mrs. Dhruti Harsh Satia as Independent Director

Artemis Electricals and Projects Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Dhruti Harsh Satia as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on April 20, 2026, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Satia will hold the office until the next General Meeting of the Company. She holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Mumbai University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her prior experience includes roles at Mercury Trade Links Limited and Essel Finance Wealth Zone Private Limited. She is not related to any other director and meets the independence criteria.
