Artson Ltd has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) for an award valued at ₹14,63,00,000 (excluding taxes). The LOI is from TKIL Industries Private Limited, Pune, for the Design, Supply, Fabrication, Painting, and Transportation of Structures for JSW - Jaigarh Port Limited. The contract is on a unit rate basis (per MT) and is to be executed within 6 months. This domestic order does not involve any interest from promoters or group companies and is not considered a related party transaction.
