Consequently, the Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company for FY26. Artson Ltd has received an amendment to an order from Sadhav Offshore Engineering Pvt. Ltd., increasing its value. The original Letter of Intent/Award, disclosed on January 30, 2025, was for ₹61.54 Cr. The amendment, received on April 15, 2026, enhances the order value by ₹10.50 Cr, bringing the revised total to ₹72.05 Cr (including taxes). The contract is for the construction and supply of a Floating Dry Dock, a domestic unit rate contract, and is expected to be executed within 6 months.

Artson Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. On 31st March 2026, Artson Ltd (formerly Artson Engineering Limited) announced that it has entered into an agreement with Tata Projects Limited (TPL) for the conversion of payables (to TPL) into a long-term loan amounting to Rs. 9,58,68,023 (Rupees Nine Crore Fifty-Eight Lakhs Sixty-Eight Thousand and Twenty-Three Only). This move is aimed at strengthening Artson's financial position.

Artson Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Agrawal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive), and the re-appointment of Mr. Jyotisman Dasgupta as an Independent Director and Mr. Shashank Jha as a Whole-Time Director. The appointments were made during the Board Meeting held on 25th March 2026. The meeting also approved the Notice of Postal Ballot Notice for obtaining shareholder’s approval for the Special businesses as mentioned therein and gave in-principal approval to avail loan / conversion of payable to loan, up to an amount of Rs. 10.00 Crores from Tata Projects Limited, Holding Company.

Artson Ltd. (formerly Artson Engineering Limited) has been fined by BSE Limited for non-compliance with Regulation 29(2)/29(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The non-compliance was due to a delay in prior intimation about the Board Meeting for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company acknowledged the oversight, ensuring strict adherence to the applicable provisions to prevent future occurrences. The Company has remitted the fine, with the details provided in Annexure 1.

Artson Ltd, formerly Artson Engineering Limited, has announced that it has received an award for an amount of Rs. 42.22 Crores (Rupees Forty-Two Crores and Twenty-Two Lakhs Only) including taxes from Anuppur Thermal Energy (MP) Pvt. Ltd. The award is for the supply, fabrication, testing, painting, packing & forwarding, loading, transportation including transit insurance of prefabricated steel structures for CHP on DAP site basis. The order is domestic, item rate, and is to be executed within 6 months. The award does not involve any related party transactions or interests from the promoter/ promoter group / group companies.

Artson Ltd, a TATA Enterprise, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designates and Insiders. The closure will be in effect from 23 March 2026 until 48 hours after the public announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026. This move is in compliance with the Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All Directors and other designated people and their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.

Artson Ltd, a TATA Enterprise (formerly Artson Engineering Limited), has received a Letter of Commitment/Award for an amount of Rs. 13,20,00,000 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Twenty Lakhs only) excluding taxes from Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). The order is for the supply of 3 Storage Tanks. The lumpsum contract is domestic and each tank will be executed within a six-month period from the date of Hand Over.
