Artson Ltd Appoints Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditors

Artson Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a 5-year term commencing from FY 2027-28, succeeding the current auditors whose tenure ends at the 48th AGM in 2027. The Board also approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the company extended the maturity period of a ₹40.30 Crore loan from its holding company, Tata Projects Limited, from 2037 to 2042.
