Sky Gold Appoints Doshi Jain & Co. as Internal Auditor

Sky Gold and Diamonds Ltd announced a change in its internal auditor. Ms. Aasna Shah has resigned from her position as Internal Auditor, effective October 16, 2026, due to a change in her professional responsibilities. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s Doshi Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Internal Auditor, also effective October 16, 2026. M/s Doshi Jain & Co. is a firm established in 2015 with expertise in risk-based internal audit and compliance advisory.
