Oberoi Realty Appoints B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors

Oberoi Realty Limited has approved the appointment of B S R & Co. LLP as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting (2027) until the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting (2032). The appointment is subject to shareholder approval. B S R & Co. LLP, a member entity of B S R & Affiliates, has a significant presence with over 4,000 staff and 170+ partners across 14 locations in India. The current auditors, S R B C & CO LLP, will continue until the conclusion of the 29th AGM in 2027, completing their second term.
