Kalind Ltd: AGM Notice Corrigendum for Preferential Issue of Equity Shares

Kalind Limited has issued a corrigendum to its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice. The company is withdrawing a previously proposed special resolution for a preferential issue of Warrants. In its place, a new agenda item will be presented seeking member approval for a preferential issue of Equity Shares. This change is in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations and other applicable laws.
