Arvind Fashions Acquires 25% Stake in Arvind GCC for ₹25,000

Arvind Fashions Limited has approved the acquisition of 2,500 equity shares, representing 25% of the paid-up equity share capital, in Arvind Global Capability Center Private Limited (Arvind GCC) for a cash consideration of ₹25,000. The acquisition, priced at ₹10 per share, is considered a related party transaction but is conducted on an arm's length basis based on an independent valuation. Arvind GCC, a newly incorporated entity, will provide centralized business support and shared services to group entities. The acquisition is expected to be completed by November 30, 2026. This move aims to streamline group operations and enhance efficiency in areas like finance, technology, and human resources.
