Arvind Fashions Reappoints Deloitte as Statutory Auditor

Arvind Fashions Limited has re-appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells as the Statutory Auditor for a second term of five consecutive years. The re-appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on May 06, 2026, is subject to the approval of the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting. Deloitte Haskins & Sells' term will extend from the conclusion of the 11th AGM to the conclusion of the 16th AGM.
