Arvind Fashions Appoints Lakshmi Krishnan as CHRO

Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL) announced the appointment of Lakshmi Krishnan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 25, 2026. Lakshmi brings over 25 years of global HR experience across consumer goods, financial services, and technology sectors. She previously held leadership roles at Unilever, including Head of HR for Corporate Functions in London and Head of HR for Global Procurement in Singapore.
