Arvind Fashions Grants 1 Lakh Stock Options to Employees

Arvind Fashions Ltd announced the grant of 1,00,000 stock options to eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2025. The grant was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on May 06, 2026. The exercise price per share is ₹436.30. The options will vest in three tranches: 33,333 on May 31, 2028, 33,333 on May 31, 2029, and 33,334 on May 31, 2030. The options can be exercised within 3 years from the date of vesting.
