WeWork India Grants 4.39 Lakh ESOPs Under 2018 Plan

WeWork India Management Ltd announced the grant of 4,39,510 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to eligible employees under the WeWork India Management Limited 2018 Equity Incentive Plan. The grant was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee via a circular resolution on June 27, 2026. The ESOPs are in compliance with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. The options will vest and become exercisable according to the plan's schedule and grant letters, with an exercise period of up to 10 years while employed. The exercise price varies, with some options priced at ₹100 and others at ₹450 per share, reflecting a face value of ₹10 per equity share.
