WeWork India: Pledge Release on Equity Shares

Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd, acting as debenture trustee, has disclosed the release of a pledge over 43,00,000 equity shares of WeWork India Management Limited. This action pertains to unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures worth up to ₹577.50 crore issued by Serenesummit Realty Private Limited. The release reduces Catalyst Trusteeship's encumbered shareholding from 20.46% to 17.29%. The total share capital of WeWork India remains unchanged at ₹135.38 crore.
