Arvind Fashions Recommends ₹1.60 Dividend, FY26 Results Approved

The Board of Directors of Arvind Fashions Ltd, in its meeting held on May 06, 2026, approved the audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.60 per equity share of face value ₹4 each, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors and Mahajan & Aibara Chartered Accountants LLP as Internal Auditors.
