Arvind Fashions Subsidiary Re-appoints Deloitte as Auditor

Arvind Fashions Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, has re-appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells as its Statutory Auditors. This re-appointment is for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting held on August 19, 2026, and extending until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in the 2030-31 fiscal year. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, a firm registered with the ICAI, will continue to provide audit services to the subsidiary. The re-appointment follows the completion of their initial five-year term.
