Hathway Cable Appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Auditors for 5 Years

Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd announced the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its new auditors for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the Annual General Meeting held on August 19, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors. Deloitte Haskins & Sells will initially serve as Joint Auditors alongside the present auditors, Nayan Parikh & Co., until the conclusion of the 67th Annual General Meeting, after which they will continue as the sole auditors until the 71st Annual General Meeting. This transition aims to ensure a smooth handover of audit responsibilities.
