Hathway Cable Appoints Jitesh Shah as New CFO

Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jitesh Shah as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 1, 2026. He replaces Mr. Sitendu Nagchaudhuri, who retires on August 31, 2026. Mr. Shah brings over 15 years of experience in business finance, corporate strategy, and financial planning, having previously worked with prominent organizations like Jio Platforms Limited, Edelweiss, L&T, and TCS. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and has completed Level III of the CFA Program. The Board of Directors approved this change based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
