Arvind SmartSpaces Acquires 15% Stake in GCC for ₹15,000

Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has acquired a 15% equity stake in its newly incorporated subsidiary, Arvind Global Capability Center Private Limited (GCC), for a cash consideration of ₹15,000. The acquisition, comprising 1,500 equity shares of ₹10 each, was approved by the Board of Directors on November 5, 2026. GCC, incorporated on April 1, 2026, will provide centralized business support and shared services, including finance, technology, and human resources, to group entities. The transaction is considered a related party transaction and has been conducted on an arm's length basis, supported by an independent valuation report. The acquisition is expected to be completed within one month.
