Aeroflex Enterprises Increases Stake in Subsidiary to 58.56%

Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd has acquired an additional 36,00,000 equity shares of its subsidiary, Aeroflex Neu Limited, upon the conversion of warrants. These shares were issued at a premium of Rs. 80/- per equity share, with a face value of Rs. 10/- each. This conversion has increased the company's shareholding in Aeroflex Neu Limited from 55.50% to 58.56%. The acquisition is in furtherance of previous intimations and complies with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
