Marico Increases Cosmix Wellness Stake to 80% for ₹113.65 Cr

Marico Limited has increased its stake in Cosmix Wellness Private Limited from 60% to 80% by acquiring an additional 20% of its paid-up share capital for a cash consideration of ₹113.65 Crores. This strategic investment expands Marico's presence in premium food and nutrition categories with a digital-first functional wellness brand. The acquisition was completed on November 6, 2026. Marico also holds the right to acquire the remaining stake post-FY29, subject to certain milestones and approvals. Cosmix Wellness, incorporated in 2022, reported a turnover of ₹91.53 Crores in FY26.
