Sejal Glass Acquires Magnumtuff's Glass Business Undertaking

Sejal Glass Limited (SGL) announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of Magnumtuff India Private Limited's business undertaking, including manufacturing facilities for Architectural and Automotive Glass. The acquisition will be conducted on a 'slump sale' basis and includes technical know-how, intellectual property, brand name, goodwill, customer/vendor relationships, and employees. The transaction also involves the purchase of the factory's land and building in Karnataka. The acquired business had an operating revenue of ₹36.20 Crores in FY 2025-26. This move aims to expand SGL's manufacturing footprint to four facilities and strengthen its existing glass business.
