Aeroflex Neu Acquires 55% Stake in Aerolex Cables for ₹3100 Lakhs

Aeroflex Neu Limited, a material subsidiary of Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd, has approved entering the wire and cable manufacturing and exporting business. This will be achieved through the acquisition of 1,10,000 Equity Shares, representing 55% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Aerolex Cables Private Limited, for ₹3100 Lakhs (₹31 Crore). The acquisition is expected to support Aeroflex Neu's growth and diversification, broaden its product range, and strengthen its position in the Al Infra and Data Centre sector. Aerolex will become a subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu upon completion, with potential for further acquisitions in subsequent tranches.
