Waaree Energies Completes Acquisition of Waaree Green Data Centers

Waaree Energies Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited (WGDCPL) and its two wholly-owned subsidiaries. The total consideration for this acquisition was INR 1 lakh. Following this transaction, WGDCPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, effective from today. The company received the intimation of this acquisition on the same day. This move is expected to bolster Waaree Energies' presence in the data center sector.
