Arvind SmartSpaces Q2 Bookings Surge 110% to ₹906 Cr
Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) reported a record Q2 FY27 performance with a 110% year-on-year surge in bookings to ₹906 Cr (₹432 Cr in Q2 FY26). Collections also saw a significant increase of 77% to ₹418 Cr (₹236 Cr). Revenue from operations grew to ₹157 Cr from ₹141 Cr, while Adjusted EBITDA rose to ₹45 Cr from ₹31 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) increased to ₹23 Cr from ₹18 Cr. The company launched Arvind Sylva in Bengaluru, achieving ₹500 crore in bookings within 30 days. For H1 FY27, bookings reached ₹1338 crore (120% YoY growth) and collections rose 77% to ₹754 crore. ASL also entered a joint development agreement for a Bengaluru project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹470 crore. The company revised its FY27 bookings growth guidance upwards to ₹2600-2700 crore (70-75% YoY growth).
