Asahi Songwon Colors Appoints Maulik P. Shah as New CFO

Asahi Songwon Colors Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Maulik P. Shah as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective July 07, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Shah, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and commercial functions, previously served as General Manager - Accounts with AIA Engineering Limited. The Board also authorized Mr. Shah, along with the Managing Director and Company Secretary, for determining materiality and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
