Ascensive Educare Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026, following a meeting on May 22, 2026. The results, reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee, comply with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
