Ascensive Educare Approves FY26 Audited Standalone Results

Ascensive Educare Ltd. has approved the audited standalone financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026, as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 22, 2026. The company has also enclosed the Auditors Report and Declaration of Unmodified Opinion, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window was closed from April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
