Ashnisha Industries Ltd. to Close Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Ashnisha Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. This announcement is applicable to designated persons and their immediate relatives, who are prohibited from trading in securities during the closed period.
