Ashoka Buildcon Extends SPV Sale Completion to Oct 31, 2026

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has announced an extension for the completion of the sale of its stake in Ashoka Baswantpur Singnodi Road Private Limited (BS), a subsidiary. The original announcement regarding the sale of stakes in 11 SPVs to Epic Concesiones 2 Private Limited and Infrastructure Yield Plus schemes was made on December 31, 2024. Further updates were provided on September 30, 2025, April 01, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The company and the proposed investor have mutually agreed to extend the indicative timeline for the completion of the sale of BS up to October 31, 2026. This extension is to facilitate the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent and other terms outlined in the transaction documents. The final completion for each SPV remains contingent on meeting conditions precedent and obtaining necessary regulatory and lender approvals.
