AXISCADES Completes Business Transfer to Akkodis India

AXISCADES Technologies Limited has completed the transfer of its Engineering Services business in Heavy Engineering, Automotive, and Energy sectors to Akkodis India Private Limited and its subsidiaries. The transfer, involving Epcogen Private Limited, AXISCADES UK Limited, and AXISCADES Inc., was finalized on October 1, 2026, following the fulfillment or waiver of conditions precedent under the transaction documents. An amendment agreement was also executed to modify certain commercial and operational terms of the original Business Transfer Agreement and Master Framework Agreement dated May 26, 2026. Key amendments include revised foreign exchange rate references, payment and holdback arrangements totaling USD 4,114,216, repayment of an existing facility, and indemnity provisions. The overall transaction value remains unchanged.
