Ashoka Buildcon Extends SPV Sale Deadline to Oct 31

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has announced an extension for the completion of the sale of six SPVs to Epic Concesiones 2 Private Limited and Infrastructure Yield Plus II. The indicative completion date for SPVs with completed construction (TS-1, TS-2, TS-3) is now October 31, 2026, with others to follow. This extension is to facilitate the fulfillment of conditions precedent and other transaction terms. The final completion remains subject to regulatory and lender approvals.
