Shriram AMC Shifts Head Office Within Mumbai

Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd has announced the relocation of its Administrative and Head Office within Mumbai. The new office will be located at 862, 6th Floor, Building No. 8, Solitaire Corporate Park, J. B. Nagar, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093, effective September 17, 2026. This move is an internal relocation within the city and does not affect the company's registered office. The previous address was 511-512, Meadows, Sahar Plaza, J. B. Nagar, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 059. This administrative change is being communicated as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
