Ashoka Metcast Board to meet May 2 for Q4/FY26 results

Ashoka Metcast Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on May 2, 2026, at the company's registered office. The main purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is currently closed for promoters, directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. The board may also discuss any other agendas with the permission of the chair.
