Ashoka Refineries Ltd: Management & Auditor Changes Approved at AGM

Ashoka Refineries Ltd announced key management and auditor changes following its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Tulsiram Sahu as Director, liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, Mr. Aditya Sharma was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term, and Mr. Hifzul Rahim was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years. M/s KCMG & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years. These changes are effective from the conclusion of the AGM.
