ASI Industries Subscribes to Unlisted Shares in Sunsure Solarpark Fifty Two Private Limited for Solar Power Procurement

ASI Industries Ltd has subscribed and been allotted 1308 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs.1384/- in M/s. Sunsure Solarpark Fifty Two Private Limited ('SSFTPL'). This investment is part of the first tranche of a transaction for the procurement of Solar Power. The total investment amount is Rs.18.23 lakhs. This update is pursuant to the company's previous letter dated 10th February 2026.
