Asian Energy Services: Revenue Sharing Contract Executed for GK/OSDSF/GKOSN/2025

Asian Energy Services Limited (AESL) announced the execution of a Revenue Sharing Contract (RSC) for Contract Area GK/OSDSF/GKOSN/2025 with the Government of India. This contract is under the Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round-IV and was initially awarded to Oilmax Energy Private Limited (OEPL), AESL's holding and amalgamating company. OEPL holds a 50% participating interest and acts as the Operator. The signing of the RSC is a significant milestone following the award. Subject to regulatory and contractual approvals, OEPL's rights in the contract area will vest with AESL as per the sanctioned Scheme of Merger by Absorption.
