Jyoti Structures Wins ₹689.93 Cr Transmission Line Order

Jyoti Structures Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited for the 765kV DC Pachchham - Saykha Transmission line project. The project, located in Gujarat, involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the transmission line on a turnkey basis. The total value of the contract is ₹689.93 Crores, excluding GST, and it is to be completed within 42 months from the date of the LOA. Neither the promoter nor any group companies have an interest in this award, and it does not constitute a related party transaction.
