Jyoti Structures: CFO Resigns, New CFO Appointed

Jyoti Structures Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Mr. Abdul Hameed Khan has relinquished his position as CFO, effective October 15, 2026, but will continue as a Whole-time Director (WTD) until June 30, 2028. Concurrently, Mr. Deepak Dinkar Salunke has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), also effective October 15, 2026, with a term up to June 30, 2029. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Jain as an Additional Director (Non-Executive), subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting took place on October 15, 2026.
