Thakkers Group Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure from April 01, 2025 to 48 hours after Q4 and FY26 Results

Thakkers Group Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31,2026. This decision is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
