Asian Tea & Exports Ltd: Director Changes Approved at AGM

Asian Tea & Exports Ltd announced key management changes following its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026. Mrs. Rama Garg was re-appointed as a director liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Hariram Garg voluntarily stepped down as Managing Director due to health reasons but will continue as Chairman & Non-Executive Director. Mr. Sunil Garg has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Akhil Kumar Manglik was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for another five-year term. All resolutions, including these appointments and re-appointments, were passed by the shareholders.
