Asian Warehousing AGM approves CMD re-appointment & CFO related party deal

Asian Warehousing Limited's shareholders, at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 21, 2026, approved two significant proposals. Firstly, Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani was re-appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company for a period of three years, effective from February 25, 2027, until February 24, 2030. His monthly remuneration is set at ₹5,00,000. Mr. Bhimjyani, a Promoter Director and MD since 2019, brings over two decades of experience. Secondly, the shareholders also approved a material related party transaction with Mr. Vishnu Singh, the Chief Financial Officer of the company. These approvals were made in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
